Grown around Bellary, ripened on the tree and dried whole so the centre stays jammy. Each fig is pressed flat by hand the traditional way. Soak them overnight in milk or eat them like the little jam bombs they are.
Keep it sealed, cool and out of direct sun. Refrigerate after opening in humid months. Best finished within 60 days — a challenge nobody has failed yet.
